reSKIN Society Membership Agreement
This reSKIN Society Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) describes the terms and conditions that apply to your participation in the reSKIN Society membership program offered by reSKIN Aesthetics + Wellness (“reSKIN,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in or maintaining an active reSKIN Society membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with any additional office policies provided to you at the time of enrollment.
1. Membership Options
reSKIN Society memberships are offered on a month-to-month basis.
• Standard reSKIN Society: $199 per month.
• Founding 25: $179 per month for the first twenty-five (25) qualifying Founding Members who enroll and maintain continuous membership in good standing.
All membership pricing, inclusions, and eligibility requirements are as currently described on the reSKIN Society and Plans & Pricing pages and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference without change.
2. Monthly Treatment Credit
$125 in Monthly Treatment Credit is added to your member account following each successful monthly membership payment. Monthly Treatment Credit may be applied toward eligible reSKIN treatment services in accordance with the membership terms in effect at the time of use. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash, products, or gratuities.
3. Credit Rollover
Unused Monthly Treatment Credits may roll over while your reSKIN Society membership remains continuously active, up to a maximum accumulated balance of $375.
Once your accumulated Monthly Treatment Credit balance reaches $375, you have through the end of that billing cycle to use all or a portion of the accumulated credit. Before the next Monthly Treatment Credit is added, any unused portion of the oldest applicable credit may expire in accordance with reSKIN Society rollover rules.
Monthly Treatment Credits have no cash value, are nontransferable, and may be used only toward eligible reSKIN services. Credits remaining after cancellation or termination are subject to the cancellation and credit-expiration provisions of this Agreement.
4. Membership Benefits
Your reSKIN Society membership includes the benefits, discounts, and inclusions currently described on the reSKIN Society and Plans & Pricing pages, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference without change.
In addition to those benefits:
• Standard reSKIN Society membership includes a $100 Birthday Treatment Credit, applied in accordance with the existing birthday benefit rules.
• Founding 25 membership includes a $150 Founding Member Birthday Treatment Credit, applied in accordance with the existing Founding Member birthday benefit rules.
All membership benefits, including birthday credits, are subject to the same eligibility, timing, and use conditions already established for the reSKIN Society program.
5. Wrinkle Relaxer Benefit
reSKIN Society members receive a preferred wrinkle-relaxer benefit designed to complement an individualized, provider-guided treatment plan.
Members may receive 10 complimentary wrinkle-relaxer units with the purchase of 30 or more paid wrinkle-relaxer units during the same qualifying treatment visit, up to three (3) qualifying treatment visits per 12-month membership period, when clinically appropriate.
The 30-unit minimum applies to paid units only and does not include the 10 complimentary units.
Every wrinkle-relaxer treatment at reSKIN is personalized. Treatment areas, total units, dosing, and treatment frequency are determined by the provider based on facial anatomy, movement patterns, medical history, clinical assessment, aesthetic goals, and medical eligibility. Complimentary units are provided only when the total treatment plan is clinically appropriate.
Complimentary wrinkle-relaxer units have no cash value, are nontransferable, may not be banked or carried forward, and may not be exchanged for another service, credit, or membership benefit.
6. Eligible Services and Exclusions
Membership credits and discounts may be applied only toward eligible reSKIN treatment services, as described in the current reSKIN Society and Plans & Pricing information.
Membership credits and discounts do not apply to, and may not be used toward, any of the following: prescription medications, compounded medications, GLP-1 medications or medication costs, pharmacy charges, laboratory fees, shipping or delivery fees, or any other third-party charges or services not directly provided by reSKIN.
7. Medical Eligibility
Enrollment in the reSKIN Society membership program does not guarantee that you will be a candidate for any particular treatment or service. All treatments remain subject to your medical history, clinical assessment, contraindications, appropriate treatment intervals, and the independent professional judgment of your provider.
reSKIN reserves the right to decline, delay, modify, or discontinue any treatment if it is not medically appropriate or safe in our professional opinion, even if you have available membership credits or benefits.
8. Promotions and Discounts
Unless specifically authorized by reSKIN in writing or in a particular promotion, reSKIN Society membership discounts and benefits may not be combined with other promotional pricing, model pricing, packages, flash sales, event pricing, or other special offers.
If multiple discounts or promotions could apply, reSKIN will apply the single discount or offer that provides the greatest benefit to you, consistent with our current promotional policies.
9. Recurring Billing and Cancellation
reSKIN Society memberships are structured as month-to-month, automatically renewing memberships. Your membership fee will be charged on a recurring basis to the payment method you have authorized, in accordance with the existing billing schedule and terms.
Your membership will continue to renew automatically each month until you follow the current reSKIN Society cancellation process and your cancellation becomes effective under the existing cancellation terms. The existing cancellation language, notice requirements, and any applicable timing rules remain unchanged and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
10. Founding 25 Terms
The Founding 25 membership is limited to the first twenty-five (25) qualifying members accepted into the reSKIN Society Founding Member program.
Founding Members receive a membership rate of $179 per month, the standard $125 Monthly Treatment Credit, a $150 Founding Member Birthday Treatment Credit, and the other applicable reSKIN Society benefits described in this Agreement.
After completing 12 consecutive months of continuous membership, the $179/month Founding Member Rate becomes the member’s grandfathered membership rate for as long as the reSKIN Society membership remains continuously active and in good standing.
If a Founding Membership is canceled or terminated, Founding Member status and pricing are forfeited. Any future enrollment will be subject to the then-current regular reSKIN Society membership rate and availability.
11. General Terms and Acknowledgment
This Agreement governs participation in the reSKIN Society membership program and sets forth the applicable membership pricing, recurring billing terms, benefits, treatment-credit rules, rollover provisions, eligibility requirements, exclusions, cancellation terms, and Founding Member provisions.
By enrolling in or continuing your reSKIN Society membership, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You have reviewed the current reSKIN Society and Plans & Pricing information;
• You understand that your membership will be billed on a recurring, month-to-month basis until canceled in accordance with the existing cancellation terms; and
• Your enrollment and ongoing participation constitute your acceptance of this reSKIN Society Membership Agreement and the recurring monthly billing terms that apply to your membership.
